Process

Creating the perfect landscape takes more than a quick sketch and a few materials. It takes designers and installers who listen to what you want and are passionate about making it perfect. It takes careful planning and attention to detail throughout every phase of the project. It takes the highest quality materials masterfully blended to create a work of art. We are committed to turning your vision of that work of art into reality.

The process starts with a consultation at your home with one of our designers. In this initial visit, we will work with you to determine your priorities and the needs of your landscape. We will work with your vision of the perfect outdoor space and mold your landscape to match the function and use of your current and future lifestyle. Also during the initial visit, we will determine whether a consultation and/or landscape design service is necessary and establish budget parameters.

Your designer will then perform a site analysis to determine any additional needs of your site, such as drainage problems or areas of interest that could be accentuated. If a design/landscape plan is needed for the project, we will begin the design process with a design agreement. If no landscape plan is needed, we will present an estimate based on your existing plan or on-site measurements.

Once all design details and materials selections have been finished, we will present you with an installation contract. Upon acceptance of the contract, we will schedule the work for installation. Your complete satisfaction with the finished project is our goal, so your involvement in all phases of planning and installation is welcomed and encouraged. Even after the installation has been completed our landscape management service department will work with you to keep things looking great for the long run.
