Scott Frampton

Co-Owner / Estimator/ Project Manager

Scott is a 1989 graduate of the Anoka Hennepin Landscape Technology program, and has worked in the industry since he was a child. Scott's father and uncle own green industry companies. He has worked his way up from nursery to construction, operations management to estimating and sales. He currently works primarily with Bid/Build clients. Scott has co-owned LRI with Bob Palmer since 2000.

Bob Palmer

Co-Owner / Landscape Design / Project Manager

Bob began his landscape career as a teenager and has co-owned Landscape Renovations with Scott Frampton since 2000. Bob works with both Design/Build and Bid/Build clients in all phases of concept design and installation.

James M. Kosowski

Landscape Design / Estimator / Project Manager

Jim has 30 years of experience in the green industry. He started working for a local nursery at the age of 15 and began installing landscaping shortly after. During this period, practical knowledge was supplemented with landscape design courses at the University of Minnesota. The past 15 years has been spent designing and managing residential landscape projects. This wide range of experience helps Jim design both aesthetically pleasing as well as functionally competent projects. "First and foremost a design must address the functional needs of the client and their family then the challenge is to make the layout aesthetically pleasing and interesting."

Jule Theiler

Landscape Design / Project Manager

Jule has been a gardener since age 4, when his father and his grandfather were his mentors. He has designed everything from stage sets and lighting for local theater productions to intricate period gardens. During his 38 year career he has designed settings for parties, weddings, stockholder meetings, and holiday decorations. In addition he has designed landscapes for corporate and residential venues.

Sarah Hartung

Landscape Management Department Manager / Landscape Design / Project Manager

Sarah has been with Landscape Renovations since 2006 when she began as a maintenance crew leader. Currently working as the Manager for the Landscape Management Department, she strives to grow and improve the level of maintenance service that we can provide to our clients. Sarah also continues to do design work and project management for LRI, as well as marketing. As a designer, her goal is to promote environmental stewardship to clients through sustainable design and implementation. She has a passion for the outdoors and for creating spaces that her clients will love to spend time in.
